Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between Belli Olur (the “Service”) and the person or organisation using it (the “User”, “you”). The Service is provided by Hasan Akgül (“Pingel”, “we”), contact: hasan@pingel.dev.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The Service

Belli Olur is a site of free calculators (tax, salary, loans, exam scores and more) and practical office tools such as PDF and image utilities.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must not:

• break the law or infringe others' rights or personal data;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, servers or other users' accounts, or bypass security measures;
• send excessive automated requests, scrape data or overload the Service;
• spread malware, commit fraud, spam or deceive others;
• reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The software, design, brand, logo and content of the Service (excluding user content) belong to Pingel or its licensors. You receive only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in line with these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the Service careful and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results are for information only and laws change. For tax, legal or financial decisions rely on official sources and a professional. Except for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, harm to life or health, and your rights under mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event (TRY 1,000 for free use).

6. Changes and termination

We may change the Service and these terms. We announce material changes affecting your rights at least 15 days in advance on the site and (if you have an account) by e-mail; continuing to use the Service means you accept them, otherwise you may close your account. If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or close your account; any remaining paid period is subject to the refund terms.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court as provided by Law No. 6502. For non-consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
